Dear BCHS community,

  • All library books are due back to the library by May 14th. All textbooks are due back to the library as soon as you are finished with them but no later than June 6th. Seniors that do not return all their library books and textbooks will not be eligible to walk at graduation. If you are not sure what books you owe to the library, please stop by for a printout.

WHO SAYS THERE'S NOT A SENIOR WEEK!!!

  • Monday, May 21st - yearbooks will be distributed during lunch to seniors only in Mrs. Fuss' room, Building 1, room 69 - bring your receipt or a photo ID
  • Monday, May 21st - Senior awards will be presented from 6:30 – 8pm in the main auditorium
  • Tuesday, May 22nd - the Senior Strut around campus followed by the tropical senior picnic will begin at 12:45; the cost is just $5 and can be paid in the library until May 18th - don't miss out - the date to pay will not be extended
  • Wednesday, May 23rd - Senior Breakfast will be held at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club in downtown St. Petersburg. Dress up for a fabulous buffet breakfast, presentation of cords, slide show, and favors as you celebrate together. The cost is $20, payable with cash or a money order in the library until May 18th
  • Thursday, May 24th - SGA-sponsored "Let Them Eat Cake"; 12:45 - 2:20 in the gym by invitation
  • Friday, May 25th - Pirate Pride Day– wear BCHS blue, white, and gold to help show your pride
  • Friday, May 25th – underclassmen yearbooks distribution and ice cream social during last block (period 8)
  • Friday, May 25th – spring football game home vs. Palm Harbor at 7:00pm
  • Saturday, May 26th - Junior class sponsored prom at Tradewinds Resort
  • Tuesday, May 29th - Cap and Gown distribution during lunch in the Library

Tropicana Filed: Graduation Diagram, Parking

  • Date: Friday, June 8th
  • Time : 7:30 AM
  • Location: Tropicana Field
  • Gates open at 6:45 AM
  • Parent Entry at Gates 3-4-5
  • Student Entry at Lower Level Gate 6 ( Northwest side of stadium)
  • Parking Fee: $ 10.00 in any of the city sponsored lots
  • Student Dress Code: Females – white dress and white shoes (no tennis shoes or flip flops). Males –collared dress shirt ( preferably white) with a necktie (preferably dark) dark trouser pants( no jeans or shorts) and dark dress shoes ( no tennis shoes or flip flops)
  • No Balloons, Flowers, Noise Makers, Signs, or Strollers permitted inside the stadium. Strollers must be parked outside of the entry gates.
  • Students should leave all electronic devices and personal belongings in your car or with a parent.
