Graduation Requirements
- Complete 24 credits
- 18 in the required academics
- Maintain a 2.0 GPA
- Passing Score on FCAT Reading
- A full credit of Geometry
Credits
- 4.0 Credits of English
- 4.0 Credits of Mathematics (1 credit must be Algebra 1)
- 3.0 Credits of Science
- 3.0 Credits of Social Studies: World History, American History, American Government (1/2 credit), Economics (1/2 credit)
- 1.0 Credit of Physical Education/Health (HOPE): Can be waived with 2 years of JROTC Or with participation in a JV or Varsity sport and C or above on a personal fitness competency test.
- 1.0 Credit of a Fine Arts: Fine Arts can be waived with 2 years of JROTC
State Assessment
- FCAT Reading only
- Passing score of 1926/300
Concordant Scores:
- ACT Reading – 18
- SAT Verbal – 420
End of Course Exams
- Algebra 1 – 30% of final grade
- Geometry – 30% of final grade
- Biology – 30% of final grade
